Pay Rate/Range: $20-22/hr
Description: Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a local manufacturing facility. This Administrative Assistant role supports the Human Resources department. The Administrative Assistant maintains privacy of confidential records, correspondence, and files. The Administrative Assistant coordinates employee check-ins and annual reviews. The Administrative Assistant also assists with processing applications, performing reference checks, processing garnishment paperwork, assisting with benefits enrollment, and entering accounts payable invoices.
Job Requirements:
Shift/Schedule: Flexible schedule, working 30 hours per week. Must be able to start at 8:00am or 8:30am and work three or four days per week.
