We are looking for an Associate Creative Director with an advertising art direction background based in Minneapolis to join our creative team.

• You've been the lead art director on a variety of integrated campaigns
• You have an impressive award-winning portfolio of work
• You’re ambitious, a team player, resourceful and accountable
• You’re excited about developing concepts for new business pitches
• You're effective at presenting the work

• Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward
• Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses
• Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots)
• Present your work and develop strong client relationships
• Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects
• Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media
• Stay abreast of the latest in generative AI, cultural and creative trends, new media formats, TV/video/film, social media, etc.
• Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable using gen Ai (e.g., Veo, SeeDream, Eleven Labs, Suno)
• Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development
• Eye for design and executional craft
• A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways
• Social campaign development and/or earned media experience a plus
• Salary and title is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $99,700-140,000 based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
