Payrate: $18-22 per hour

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated Color Production Specialist to join our team in Kansas City, KS. The ideal candidate will be proficient in print production, mounting, and shipping processes. Additionally, expertise in secondary layout, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.

In this role you will:

• Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality color prints according to client specifications.
• Wide format color printing
• Printing on flatbed and routing experience
• Perform mounting and finishing processes to prepare prints for display or presentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of completed orders to clients, utilizing proper packaging and shipping methods.
• Assist with secondary layout tasks, including file preparation and design adjustments using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment maintenance and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in print production, mounting, and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for secondary layout tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
