ABOUT FRACTAL

REBOOT PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Data Governance and MDM Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in consulting, architecting, and
implementing Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their data governance requirements and develop appropriate strategies and solutions.
• Architect and implement robust Data Governance and MDM programs, encompassing various governance disciplines such as data
stewardship, data taxonomies, cataloging, data quality and lineage, audit, data security, and compliance.
• Utilize data modeling techniques to design and optimize data structures and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MDM concepts and methodologies, leveraging tools such as Informatica MDM, Talend MDM, Reltio, or Stibo.
• Apply knowledge of popular data governance tools, including Collibra and Alation, to support the implementation and management of
data governance frameworks.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in data governance and MDM domains to provide innovative and effective
solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, developers, and IT teams, to drive successful data
governance and MDM initiatives.
SUCCESS PROFILE:
• Proven experience in consulting, architecting, and implementing Data Governance and MDM programs.
• In-depth knowledge of various governance disciplines, including data stewardship, data taxonomies, cataloging, data quality and lineage,
audit, data security, and compliance.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques to design and optimize data structures.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with popular governance tools such as Collibra and Alation.
• Experience working with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Talend MDM, Reltio, or Stibo.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or GCP, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
EDUCATION:
B. E, B. Tech, Masters, Bachelors in Statistics, Data Science/ Information Systems or a related discipline.
Advanced certification in Data Governance/ MDM which can be advantageous.
