Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

About the Role:

As the Director of Product Management for our Provider Ecosystem, you will lead the strategy and execution for the digital home of our provider. You will be responsible for a broad and critical domain that includes provider tooling, scheduling, electronic health records, and cutting-edge AI tools.

This is a high impact role, in which you’ll manage and mentor a team of talented and experienced product managers. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across our technical, clinical and operations teams, to define and deliver cutting edge and high scale capabilities that enable our providers to deliver life changing care in an effective and efficient manner. You’ll have an opportunity to play a leadership role in every aspect of the product life cycle, from vision through execution.

Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the multi-year roadmap for Lyra’s Provider Ecosystem, leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research, to meet Lyra’s ambitious business and care quality objectives.
  • Innovation: Continue expanding the development of Lyra’s AI capabilities, to reduce administrative overhead on providers while enhancing care quality and client safety.
  • Platform Expansion: Drive the shift toward a state of the art platform that supports complex care coordination and global access.
  • Team Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of PMs, fostering a culture of product excellence and teamwork.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Clinical, Engineering, Design, and Ops to understand pain points and opportunity areas, and develop product (or non-product) plans that help achieve both short and longer term business objectives. Keep stakeholders informed by sharing progress on existing product initiatives as well as future roadmap plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high bar for product craft. Identify, develop, and encourage adoption of tools (e.g. AI) and processes that drive more efficiency, effectiveness, and happiness within the product team.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management at successful SaaS, enterprise software, or health tech organizations.
  • 4+ years of experience hiring and leading other product managers, with a proven track record of coaching senior talent.
  • Ability to think analytically in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term outcomes and execution with long-term goals.
  • Experience with complex platforms (scheduling, EHR, or billing) and a strong interest in AI-driven efficiency. Willingness to both dive into the details and operate at a strategic level.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the Executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams like Clinical, Engineering, and Operations. Ability to productively discuss and achieve win-win outcomes in an environment of competing priorities and complex tradeoffs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing the need to deliver upon both short- and long-term outcomes. Proactive ownership over one’s area of responsibility, with an ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple complex projects
  • A passion for delivering upon Lyra’s mission.
  • BA or BS required, MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.
