  • You communicate clearly with a lead panel builder and keep projects moving.
  • You stay organized, safe, and on schedule—even when priorities shift.

Your impact

  • Partner with the Electrical Lead to coordinate panel builds against project timelines.
  • Read and interpret schematics and component documentation with confidence.
  • Assist in wiring and routing conductors precisely as drawn.
  • Check workmanship and verify builds match the prints before moving to the next stage.
  • Keep tools in top condition and your workspace clean and orderly.
  • Support equipment wiring at customer sites when needed—sometimes in hot, cold, or dusty environments.
  • Communicate early and often to resolve questions and maintain a strong team atmosphere.
  • Tackle assigned work accurately within scheduled windows; pitch in on other duties as required.
  • Help drive BCT’s Culture and Core Values.

What helps you succeed

  • Comfort with hand, power, and measuring tools used in panel shops.
  • Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Exposure to electrical wiring, panel building, and troubleshooting (nice to have).

Must-haves and proficiencies

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical repair experience
  • Field service readiness
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Shop math skills
