F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager Location: Oakes Kia of Olathe | Olathe, KS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday with one weekday off each week Compensation: $60,000 - 600,000 + Annually (uncapped) | Draw + Commission About the Role Oakes Kia of Olathe is looking for an experienced F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our sales operation, responsible for delivering a seamless transition from sales to finance while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance. We are continuing to grow and raise the standard across our stores.
