Physical Plant Services (PPS) supports the educational and public service programs of Fort Lewis College through the delivery of effective operational support, maintenance services and the management of the College's facilities construction program. Services are provided by the Service Center, Custodial Services, Electrical Systems, Electronic Equipment Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Systems Maintenance, Structural Maintenance and Planning, Design & Construction work units. This position will provide general labor services for Physical Plant Services with special emphasis on materials handling, minor vehicle and equipment service, grounds duties, custodial duties, snow removal and assisting other work units within the department This position is an essential services position and required to work during inclement weather, campus special events and emergencies. This position is eligible for overtime when preapproved by the supervisor, eligible for call back pay, shift differential when applicable and is covered under the Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs & Services Act.Job Description:
