Position: Traveling Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Requirements:
* 5+ years in Service Project Management
* Exp in HVAC, Plumbing, Piping and/or Sheet Metal for Commercial, Institutional and Industrial projects up to 10 million
* Proven working experience in Construction Management or a related field
* Familiarity with construction management software packages and overall strong computer skills
* Strong personal commitment and drive for long-term success
* Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
* Open to traveling
