Join WECTEC Staffing Services (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC) and help advance clean energy by supporting a regulated utility’s Transmission department in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year, W-2 contract where your models guide leadership choices and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Analyze how initiatives affect financial structure, integrity, profitability, and competitive position using departmental forecasting models.
• Develop and refine financial modeling (revenue requirements, discounted cash flow, financial statements) to support decisions.
• Quantify customer bill impacts, NPV, and revenue requirements across multiple projects.
• Support project execution with financial structuring insights, including project debt considerations.
• Deliver executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for Senior and Executive Management.
• Provide analysis as requested by management or regulatory bodies.
• Offer financial training and support to departments that rely on these services.

What you’ll need

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
• 2+ years in financial modeling: revenue requirement, customer bill impacts, DCF, and financial statement modeling.
• Comfort reading and analyzing financial statements.
• Plus: SAP BOBJ reporting tools and Utilities International (UI) experience are desirable.

Pay transparency: We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.00/hr. to 32.00/hr.
