Claims

At Insurance Masters we recommend insurers who provide quality services and policies and our role is to ensure that your claim will be handled professionally and to assist you through the claims process.

If you wish to make a claim, please download the form for your insurer or contact us.

If you need URGENT assistance following a storm, fire, flood or other disaster, PSC Connect Pty Ltd have an Emergency Claims Response (ECR) and they can be contacted on 1300 809 949. You will still need to lodge the claim with your insurer. You can then contact us and we will incorporate the ECR component with your lodged claim.

Should you require guidance through the claims process, or the claims service you experience is not to the standard you expect, please contact us at Insurance Masters for assistance.

Business commenced at the modern Elizabeth Street office under the Directorship of Sarah Baldwin and Paul Swifte. They along with Kiah Moran combined boast over 65 years experience in the insurance industry with a focus on:
